The eLearning Associate will provide customer support to students, faculty and staff with issues related to Blackboard and other eLearning applications both in person and over the phone. In addition to helping users, eLearning Associates assist with developing materials for eLearning courses as well. eLearning Associates also work on data collection and analysis and other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications include strong oral and written communication skills, self-starter who displays initiative, creative problem solver, ability to work with little supervision, ability to work with differing personalities and ability to be an independent learner. 

 

All majors welcome, training will be provided. Prior experience in customer facing or technology related roles not required, but helpful. 

 

This is a 20hr/week student employee position. Hours fall within University business hours, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. Full-time hours available over breaks and summer.

 

Hourly pay rate $13.00 to start, with possibility of increase after training. Possibility of Graduate Assistantship in the future.
