Responsible for the broad ranging support of the People & Culture (Human Resources) function, including administrative support and function related projects.
 
An Intern may:
  • Support Bank efforts for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Assist with parts of the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Participate in employee engagement work.
  • Assist with People & Culture operations work.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Support and participate in Bank events and promotions
Requirements for People & Culture (Human Resources) Internships:
  • Currently a sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Analytical experience through school projects or internships
  • Computer/technical skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and have ability to multitask
  • Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
