JOB DESCRIPTION:                          
Responsibilities:
·         Utilize strong written and oral communication skills interacting with utmost professionalism and integrity with Career Development team as well as students, alumni, faculty and employers
·         Develops and manages the weekly and monthly newsletters and mass email communication (e.g., job and internship newsletter)
·         Working with Data Career Specialist and entire team to manage Handshake; help manage student and employer accounts and any technical issues
·         Assists in the logistics and setup of in-person and online technology (e.g., check-in kiosks, waiting rooms, Zoom conferences, survey kiosks, etc.)
·         Assists in program development specifically within the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion
·         Develops and analyzes weekly, monthly, end of semester, and yearly reports on key metrics including numbers of appointments, presentations, job postings, employer approvals, and event attendance
·         Oversee the development and qualitative and quantitative analysis of evaluations of weekly Career Development & Exploration events and appointments
·         Assist in the First Destination survey scheduling, administration, and analysis
·         Serve as point person in troubleshooting Handshake issues and requests for data and reports from the system
·         Attend weekly senior staff meetings and on data for Career Development & Exploration
·         Serve as a mentor to our undergraduate peer advisors by also training and potentially meeting  students to critique resumes, cover letters, updating accounts in Handshake
·         Assist with management of peer advisors, special events, data reports
·         Provide excellent customer service with employers when they initially contact the office
·         Monitor the Live Chat function
·         Provide technology assistance for Walk- in Wednesdays and other events in person and online

·         Professionalism in an office setting and understanding skills related to being in an office serving multiple constituents in person and online
·         Experience being a part of a team

·         Strong technical skills
