Human Resource Intern

Job Description:    West Side Management Company for Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care is seeking a Part Time Human Resource Intern. The HR Department is responsible for all HR policies, practices, and Procedures for five (5) operating companies with over 450 employees. Assist with daily time clock corrections, new hire orientations, Employee Benefit Administration, HR file maintenance and various other Payroll, HR & Office administration duties. Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager. Must be detail oriented, able to get along with others and have a strong desire to grow in the field of HR. A basic understanding of Human Resource Administration practices and applicable laws will be taught in this role. Strong communication skills and experience with PC based software solutions preferred. Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check. Please email resumes to hr@econrads.com.
