Co-op, Human Resources (Product Business Team)
A co-op opportunity for a Human Resources Management or an Industrial & Labor Relations undergrad with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. This individual will work primarily with the Human Resources Business Partners in the corporate office focusing on support to the Product Business Teams (PBT) and key Functional areas.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting through the Directors of Human Resources this individual will partner with the Human Resources Business Partner team on client group initiatives and activities. Key areas include:
o Performance management analysis
o New Manager assimilation processing
o Support PBT HR Leaders with day-to-day activities related to HR deliverables
o Job offer recommendation and processing
Special projects which can include:
o Merger and acquisition analysis and reviews
o Employee engagement opportunities
o HR organizational analysis and implementation of plans
