Talent Acquisition Co-Op/Intern

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides comprehensive Recruitment support, coordination and counsel related to a wide variety of talent acquisition activities in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The focus of this position will be assisting in aspects of the recruitment life cycle which include requisition creation, phone screening candidates, scheduling hiring manager interviews, applicant sourcing and maintaining applicant flow in Taleo. There may be additional project work as needed. Groups serviced include active employees, managers, HR business partners, coordinators, and various HR Center of Excellence subject matter experts.
*We are looking for a full time summer intern, with the potential to work as a part-time co op throughout the fall/spring semesters*


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Must have sophomore, junior, or senior class standing
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and/or Power Point
