Responsible for providing mortgage servicing support. Duties include, but are not limited to: performing administrative tasks to support the Mortgage Lending Team, assisting members with mortgage questions, loan research, processing mortgage payments and payoffs, preparing mortgage releases, disbursing real estate taxes and insurance, completing escrow analysis, HMDA processing, accounts payable/receivable. Monitor and track borrowers’ evidence of insurance to ensure compliance with loan document requirements. Serves as a back-up to other functions, or projects, within the Mortgage Lending Department. Provides general Credit Union information and actively participates in Cardinal’s Superior Sales & Service Program.
