Currently we are looking for a marketing intern to lead several marketing tasks for our private practice mental health counseling center. The specific responsibilities/qualifications include the following:  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's Marketing and Strategic Plan  
  • Crafting and sending our monthly mental health Newsletter via Hubspot and Outlook 
  • Engaging and teaching our current counselors the basics of marketing their services  
  • Ability to manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn by generating content 
  • Create and interpret surveys  
  • Utilize Canva to create graphics 
  • Additional tasks as necessary  
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and be interested in integrating that into marketing. They will be able to work independently and have good communication skills. Those who fit this criterion are encouraged to apply immediately, with the start date being mid-may. This position would last at least two semesters - Summer 2022 - Fall 2022, with the ability to extend into Spring 2023, if requested. The expected weekly commitment will be 10 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility. This is a paid internship with compensation ranging from $9.00-$11.30 per hour.
