In Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB), we provide a broad range of risk advice and insurance broking services to clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. The Role
Two centralized start dates January 2022 and July 2022. The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 2-year rotational program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills and diverse network. This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view on CRB with hands on experience, insight and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career. Rotations are assigned through a mutual selection based upon of participant preference and business need. The program provides the opportunity for graduates to work hands on with senior leadership with client facing exposures from accounts ranging in the Fortune 500 sector to smaller market local business areas. The program is comprised of two 12-month rotations across areas of Corporate Risk and Broking. Rotational assignments will build a technical foundation of knowledge and provide exposure to our clients through meaningful work assignments and projects with global scope.

Are you the right fit for the program?
The program is designed for recent college graduates with 0 – 1 years of professional experience. For the 2022 GDP, there will be two central start dates of January 2022 and July 2022.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ideal graduation date of Sping 2021 to Spring 2022
• All majors and universities considered
