IT Desktop Support Paid Internship

AML RightSource is offering two IT Desktop Support paid internships. One internship will be in the Cleveland Ohio office. A second internship will be offered in the Highland Hills, Ohio office. There will be occasions when travel between locations is required.

Duties include monitoring, securing, issue resolution, research and upgrades. This successful individual ensures that all AML RightSource desktop hardware, operating systems, software, network and related procedures adhere to organizational standards. 

·      Installs, configures, and maintains purchased applications, complex application suites, or application frameworks.

·      Investigates and troubleshoots issues and needs for all IT supported systems.

·      Setup, Deploy and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

·      Support aspects of Information Security and protect the company’s virtual data resources.

·      Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructures, Virtual Private Networks and Remote Desktop Protocols

·      Works with the internal ticketing system to assist solving daily user issues.

·      Assists in the reconfiguration of desks and workstations to support needs for training and clean room setup.

·      Implement efficient inventory management procedures.

·      Maintain and update inventory records.

·      Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.

·      Various other duties as assigned.
