Organizational Development Intern (Virtual) - Starting at $10/hr.

Paid Internship: Fall or Spring Semesters! Start and end dates determined by the educational institute and/or student. To be strongly considered for the internship, you must submit your resume.

We are seeking a college student looking to gain first-hand knowledge/experience working for a nonprofit in our Department of Organizational Development. In this internship you will work with a phenomenal team on training initiatives throughout all levels of the organization! This is an opportunity to contribute towards the transformation and growth of Catholic Charities’ development of staff while strengthening the culture of teaching and learning within the organization.

Qualified students must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Leadership Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field.

We offer solid flexibility in scheduling to our interns. This position is virtual (remote) with the possibility of on-site dates at our Cleveland office. 

What You Will Do:
  • Support training initiatives through project coordination and the development of resources, surveys, tools, & training.
  • Support the instructional design and development of internal training materials and programs.
  • Coordinate upcoming training opportunities, such as preparing communications for upcoming classes, registration, and monitoring attendance.
  • Collaborate with Program Directors to identify training needs and barriers.
  • Adapt training resources/tools based on program need and/or employee learning style.
  • Occasional travel to sites to support training initiatives may be required.
  • Perform other duties necessary to accomplish objectives.

This is a paid internship starting at $10/hr., that requires at least a 10-15 hour per week commitment.
