Production Artist Intern

Position Overview:

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is looking for a Production Artist Intern to work part-time during the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters at our corporate office in Cleveland, OH. 
The Production Artist Intern for CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is an active student or recent graduate, joining our engaging Internship Program. The Production Artist Intern will assist with the production of digital and print creative solutions. This person will learn and work with Adobe Creative Suite. Ultimately, the Marketing Production Intern will help the CCM Marketing and Creative teams to promote our brand through delivering high quality pieces. The intern will obtain hands-on experience in their field while contributing to company success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers and Developers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records on all projects assigned.
  • Communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity.
  • Ensure various formats of supplied artwork are production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
  • Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation.
  • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
  • Create, validate, and test sites, and deliver final design files with optimized graphics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent graduate or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
  • Must have completed introductory marketing courses and have a basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Experience with Click-Up software, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and different marketing software programs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail for the process of documenting marketing information.
  • Strong analytical and aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
  • Must be a team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on a new challenge.
