HBO Max Content Scheduling Intern - Spring 2023

The Job:
Content Management for HBO Max is the team responsible for curatorial and administrative management of movies, series, and specials for HBO Max SVOD and AVOD service. Team manages the cloud-centered database for HBO Max content, schedules acquired & original titles in Radius scheduling software, tracks contracted content deliveries and keeps the team apprised of incoming inventory. 

The Daily Responsibilities:
  • Content database administration, maintenance and date entry
  • Contribute to Content curation discussions, presented to Editorial teams
  • Assist in content delivery tracking
  • Aid team in schedule reporting as needed
  • Opportunity to learn programming/ scheduling software systems

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in college with major or focus in media, television, communications, film or business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The Essentials
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for an internship)
  • Must be a rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student (18 years or older)
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
 
About the Internship Program:
  • Our Spring 2023 program is a 12 Week Internship that will run from Monday, February 6th through Friday, April 28th, 2023
  • Part time-schedule (16-24 hours/week) required
  • Company-issued computer or secured remote access provided for the duration of the internship program
  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive salary. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
