Position Overview:
The Marketing Programs Coordinator Intern for CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is an active student or recent graduate, joining our engaging Internship Program. The Marketing Programs Coordinator Intern will learn the ins and outs of our branch marketing programs. This individual will participate in meaningful assignments and will obtain hands-on experience in their field while contributing to company success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the facilitation and implementation of Affinity account integrated marketing
- Learn B2B and B2C marketing, relationship management and project management.
- Analyze social media profiles and posts to ensure regulatory and brand compliance.
- Work alerts and notifications in ActiveComply platform by reviewing profiles and social posts then assigning, clearing, or ticketing.
- Respond to tickets and comments made in ActiveComply, Salesforce, or email in relation to social media compliance quickly and with sound decision making.
- Provide excellent service and ensure strong relationships with internal customers who generate marketing materials for Marketing Compliance approval.
- Engage with cross-functional teams related to social media and Marketing Compliance.
- Document project requirements to communicate efficiently with stakeholders
- Track and enter data for all marketing projects into CRM and project management tools.
- Engage with cross-functional teams by facilitating project timelines through the different stages of the marketing process.
- Maintain work-in-progress records and archives of past project information.
- Communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and different marketing software programs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail for the process of documenting marketing information.
- Must be a team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on a new challenge.
