Phenomenal people, lots of freedom to take the initiative, great accomodations (they pay for relocation assistance and put you in really nice dorms), excellent work-life balance, great and cheap cafeteria food, lots of stuff to do downtown, hybrid encouraged 2-3 days a week

wish i had a car so i could get around more easily
Advice
Come into the office as much as possible! Most people work hybrid 2-3 days a week, but my friends and I decided to work in-person every day because we all vibed really well, it was fun, and there are lots of great places to work collaboratively
