I loved the small company atmosphere. Everyone at GNCO is willing to help during your internship and even after by helping you network and giving professional advice. I was able to learn quickly since I was trained one-on-one with my manager and was able to learn about how every company under GNCO operates.
What I wish was different
This was not a hybrid position when I took this internship. Forty hours a week in the office plus a commute was a lot to handle and get used to at first. However, the benefits of being in person did allow me to learn faster and develop relationships across all departments.
Advice
One piece of advice I would give is to be open-minded, ask a lot of questions, and to network with everyone you meet!
