Reporting to: CFO
Responsibilities
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement ETL process and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Develop custom SQL queries to meet ad hoc user requests
• Responsible for maintaining and extending the Analytics data model
• Assist with management of scorecard metrics
• Work with IT management to assist with resource planning and prioritization
• Complete all assigned tasks on time, at the highest quality level, with the best value that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Support and work with end users to help find information.
• Recognize and report key issues to supervisor
• Proactively provide support with automation of tasks/procedures, enhanced reporting solutions and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or other analytical major
• Thorough knowledge of data warehouse design methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Dimensional Data modeling tools Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self starter and ability to work independently
